The forecast is starting to get more concrete as we go through the week. Rounds of strong thunderstorms are expected to come through our area throughout most of Wednesday and Thursday. Once those storms pass through, Friday – Sunday looks to clear up for nice paddling conditions. As of now, there is a chance (40-50%) for some scattered storms Saturday evening but we will know more as we get closer to the weekend. With the heavy rainfall expected mid week, we will be keeping a close eye on river levels to see how much the rain has an impact. All in all, mid week looks not ideal for paddling but the weekend is looking good. We will continue to update on weather and river levels throughout the week so if you are planning on heading out this weekend keep checking in.
