The Prairie Du Sac dam has gone from 20,000 CFS flow rate to 10,000 CFS flow rate since this morning on Monday. This means the river level is going to sharply come back down to normal summer levels in the next couple days. We do have more rain in the forecast for Wednesday this week. Its looking pretty good that we get some scattered storms coming through our area. The river is projected to come up a little bit after these storms but right now the river level should still be at good levels for camping heading into the weekend. The weekend weather is shaping up to be great for some canoe camping with good temps and sunshine!
