Prime Summer Sandbars

The river is currently sitting around 3,338 cfs. This is the classic summer sweet spot where navigation is effortless and sandbars are everywhere. We saw a slight bump to 4,700 earlier this morning, but it's dropping back into that low-3,000 range which is ideal for overnight camping. You won't have to fight for a spot to pitch a tent this week.

Temperatures are climbing from the mid-70s today into the low 90s by Sunday. Winds are staying light for the most part, though they'll pick up a bit toward the end of the week. There's some drizzle in the forecast for Sunday and Monday, but nothing that looks like a dealbreaker for a trip. Just bring the extra sunscreen for the heat.

We still have over 100 boats available for today and plenty of inventory left for the upcoming weekend. If you've been waiting for the water to drop and the sand to show up, this is your window.
