We are well into the offseason now. The fleet is largely staged for winter and we are not running standard rental or shuttle operations. It is worth noting the weather today is hitting an unseasonal 74 degrees with almost zero wind.
The river is sitting at 5,189 cfs. At this level, the sandbars are huge and the navigation is as easy as it gets. It is the kind of water we usually beg for in July, arriving three months late.
If you are taking your own boat out to take advantage of the sun, watch the water temps. The air is warm today but the river is losing heat fast. The season is over for us, so you are on your own out there.
