Our 2026 rental season is officially over. As of today, October 1st, we are in offseason mode and are no longer running shuttles or putting rental boats in the water. The inventory is being packed up and staged for winter storage.
For those of you with your own gear, the river is currently at 5,194 cfs. This is a solid level for sandbars, which are huge and plentiful right now. You'll just have to deal with a lot of water from the sky first; we're looking at over 2.5 inches of rain today. The river is likely to rise toward 6,400 cfs by the weekend as this rain works its way through the system.
The weather clears up significantly starting tomorrow and through the weekend. It looks like great conditions for a private trip, but you're on your own for the logistics. Leave the river to the fish if you aren't prepared for the rain today.
