Looking for something to wow the socks off that special someone or have a wedding party to remember? Nevermind that no one wears socks on the river to begin with, we've put together something truly special - the classiest canoe trip you'll ever take.
Downriver trips to Otter Creek, Buena Vista, and Muscoda are possible by special request only and subject to availability (basically, peak days are out of the question and groups should have at least 5 boats).
Generally, expect midweek river traffic (other canoes and kayaks) from Prairie Du Sac to Spring Green to be less than a 1/4 of what you would see on a nice summer weekend. The paddling time is a rough average for the amount of time it would take you to paddle nonstop from put-in to take-out. This does not account for changing river currents, wind direction, paddling ability, or most importantly, the amount of time you spend lounging on your personal island beaches. This can turn a 7 mile, 2 hour trip into a full day affair (which is never a problem, you've got the boat for a full day, might as well use it!)
For those on the upriver Prairie Du Sac and Arena trips, your cars will be parked at the Peck's Landing Canoe Launch where you will finish your trip (this allows you to canoe the river at your own pace with no finish time constraints - you can leave as soon as you're done).
For those on the downriver Otter Creek, Buena Vista, and Muscoda trips available by special request, you will be shuttled from our shop to the Peck's Landing Canoe Launch where you'll begin your trip. You'll be picked up at your downriver destination at a predetermined pick-up time and returned to our shop where you will be free to leave.

(Our humble beginnings. We now have over 60 boats!)
