Wisconsin Canoe Company will fully refund your payment, for any reason, from the day you make your reservation until 4 days prior to your scheduled departure. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds with less than 4 days notice.
Some day we will have the ability to control the weather. In the meantime, if high water or inclement weather occurs (weather defined as thunderstorms expected to remain in the immediate area throughout the day of your reservation) we will issue a full refund (we'll also be updating you via email if weather conditions warrant). Because of the unpredictability of weather in our area, weather cancellations will not be made until the morning of your reservation.
You shouldn't complain if it's only raining - there's no such thing as poor weather, only poor preparation. However, if the weather is a serious concern for you, contact us and we'll talk about it.
